This page provides information on shipping to Mainland UK and other countries, our returns, and refunds policy. Please read carefully below.
Fabrizio takes immense pride and care when creating his beautiful canvas paintings, and we take just as much pride in ensuring that artwork reaches you in the same pristine condition as they left our workshop.
Packaging and shipping costs
- UK Mainland – FREE (Postage and packaging included in the price of all our artwork).
- UK Mainland Saturday before 1 pm – £29.
- The Channel Isles and Offshore Islands – From £20.00 (Please email us before ordering).
- Europe – We do not ship to European countries at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- USA & Canada – £40.
Delivery Times (Mainland UK)
We send all small, medium-sized, and large paintings via DPD.
If you order your painting before 1.00pm Monday to Friday, we’ll aim to have it delivered the next day, however, we cannot fully guarantee next day delivery every time, as we have no control over actual courier times.
Under normal circumstances, you should receive your artwork within 3 working days. This can increase during busy times of the year, however.
Important: Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your artwork upon delivery.
Delivery Times (USA & Canada)
Paintings are shipped using Parcelforce International.
Under normal circumstances, you should expect your artwork within 3 or 7 days, however, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VAN MARCIANO PAINTINGS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY DELAYS THAT OCCUR DUE TO THE COURIER OR ADVERSE WEATHER.
Track Delivery Of Your Artwork
If we have sent you a notification to say that your order has been processed and completed, you should also receive a personalized email from us containing your DPD tracking number.
You can enter this tracking number into the DPD tracking field via their website here.
If you are a member of Van Marciano Paintings, you should see an order update notification in your account dashboard, although this is not always the case.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our artwork sent to mainland UK customers. (Excluding commissions).
21-days for USA and Canada customers returning artwork to us (Excluding commissions).
If you don’t want to keep the painting you purchased from our online store, please let us know via email or phone and we’ll arrange for it to be collected from you using the same delivery service, (DPD).
Once we have received the artwork back, we will arrange a refund to be made within 5 working days.
If you have received a potentially damaged painting, please sign the delivery package as “Received damaged”.
Then, contact us first via email, and if possible attach images of the damaged artwork in your email, including images of the damaged packaging.
We will then arrange for the artwork to be collected from you to be returned to us using the same method of delivery service, (DPD).
Once we’ve received the damaged artwork, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out, or issue a full refund. (This term includes commissioned artwork).
Please note that we cannot refund or replace any artwork if we have not been notified within the 14-days of receipt window.
We will also not issue a refund or replace artwork if our courier provider fails to collect damaged or unwanted artwork to be returned back to us in good time.
Although we aim to get paintings delivered within the time frame mentioned above, please allow up to 21-days before emailing us regarding lost artwork.
On the extremely rare occasion where your artwork has been lost in transit, we will investigate the matter further.
After 21 days has lapsed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund to you, whichever you prefer.
Once again, all paintings are sent fully insured against loss or damage.
